TougeNW itself is a legal non-profit motorsports organization.
(yes we have are an official organization, not just a web-forum)
We are NOT a STREETRACING website in ANY capactiy. We ARE a LEGIT Professionally focused Motorsports group.
We participate in Legally sanctioned track/autox/gymkhana/Drift/Hillclimbs/etc.
If you have a passion for Motorsports in any capacity and are looking for a mature community, you've found it.
We accept members of all ages, we do not shun/nor discourage young enthusiasts at all.

All Motorsports enthusiasts are welcome!
Lastly our website is open to the public, and we welcome and house Active, and Ex Military / Public Servants of all sorts.
While we don't care what you do per-se off forums on your own private time, we do care what you do on forums, and at meets/events/ etc.
Our members represent our entire community with their actions, and personalities.
Our members are not known to "compete" nor "race" on Public roads.
Those found doing such or encouraging/organizing such are dealt with by the community as a whole. (don't be an "asshat")
If you have property you'd like to rent out. We can and will provide insurance coverages.
I.E. a Paved parking lot, slab of good sized concrete, and you'd like to make money, while supporting Safe Legal driving encouragement.
(Insurance Liability, Safety, Legal Paperwork, Responsibility Waivers can all be discussed and handled in house.)
